What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, business name, optional website, service interests, operational bottlenecks, and business goals. It also records your agreement to inquiry follow-up, a submission reference, and the submission time.
How it is used
The submitted information is saved in this website’s database for inquiry review and follow-up about your request. Don’t include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or private customer records.
Client portal
Client authentication, project information, and CRM activity belong in McElway’s Flowlu workspace. When available, the client portal link takes you to Flowlu; its own privacy terms apply there.
Questions or changes
To ask about an inquiry or request a correction or deletion, contact your McElway project lead or use the inquiry form and include your submission reference. Avoid resubmitting sensitive details.
